无法连接到VAInterface.dll问题

如题，隔壁下载的Virtual CDU，vainterface.dll生成完毕后启动P3D时提示“无法连接到VAInterface.dll”。求解手机端可以正常连接到电脑，但是电脑服务器连不上模拟器

P3Dv4.4，Virtual Interface 2.28.1，FSUIPC5.151，Simconnect已安装，DLL.XML已根据Avsim里其他人的帖子进行了设置（AppData里的添加vainterface.dll，Programdata不添加），但是仍然无解...

手机端正常链接在电脑端，但是电脑端连不上模拟器，网络明显没问题啊

While the firewall is enabled, VAInterface is allowed through it.
